Peaceful Escape Just Minutes To DT, Garage Parking

Andrew's place was clean, within walking distance to PPG Paints Arena and close to many other places. We enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends.

This house is truly a hidden gem. It was clean, well appointed (including items for small children like a high chair and kid's plates and cups) and situated on a very quiet street. Parking includes a garage and a driveway which was very convenient. Location was slightly tricky in that there isn't much to walk to. Unless you're attending an event at PPG Paints Arena or visiting the August Wilson House, everything else, like groceries, requires a car. None of it was so inconvenient that this was any kind of issue though. Especially given how quiet the place was at night. We were in town for Parents Weekend at Pitt and it was literally an 8 to 10 minute drive to Soldiers and Sailors garage at a fraction of the price of closer VRBOs and hotels. Our kids were thrilled to hang out in the house while they did laundry and ate home-cooked food. It was pretty perfect. Added bonus, the basement bathroom was fantastic. Really enjoyed being able to listen to music through the speakers in the light while in there!
